By accessing and using the Raajje Roamers website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Raajje Roamers' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is required before the commencement of your tour unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed and payment is received. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation terms vary depending on the tour package and timing of cancellation:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Raajje Roamers is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or natural disasters.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and healthy enough to participate in chosen activities. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements that may affect your tour experience.

You must comply with all local laws, customs, and regulations of the destinations visited. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Raajje Roamers acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, defaults, or negligence of these service providers, or for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour package. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Raajje Roamers shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, or pandemic restrictions.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Raajje Roamers or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Maldives. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.
